Royal Rugrats is a specialty design company. Please allow3-5 business days for your order to be "baked" and shipped. We take special care to ensure that each design is perfect for your Royal Chef.

 Shipping:
We use USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. If you need alternative shipping options please contact us.

 International:
 We are happy to ship internationally please email us before placing an order to get a shipping quote as additional shipping charges will apply. At this time we do not accept returns from countries outside of the USA.

Returns:

All returns must be authorized in advance please email royalrugrats@gmail.com  for a return authorization number. We have an 3 day return/exchange policy. Merchandise must be  returned in its original condition and all tags attached. Merchandise may not have been opened or played with.

We will provide return address and return confirmation number once you have contacted us. If you are returning in exchange for another size your item will be replaced within two weeks of your return being received. We are not responsible for return shipping or refunds of shipping costs.

We recommend using a shipping method that includes insurance and offers tracking such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.
